One pack organic waterborne termo-curing varnish. Varnish is ready to spray no additives needed. Is formulated for non returnable bottle and for glass decoration of luxury and cosmetic packaging. The main characteristic of this varnish is to dry very fast, to be suitable for application in that production lines where the glass items require to be handled very soon after spraying, prior to curing into the oven. Once the curing cycle is completed, the main characteristics of this varnish are:
• Adhesion on glass;
• Superficial hardness, scratch and abrasion resistance;
• Resistance to water, steam, pasteurization, alcohol, G1 mixture and solvents, in accordance with international specifications for perfume and packing industries;
• Overprintable with our screen printing inks;
• Conformity to rule EN-71/3 for all colours.
• In compliance with REACH regulation.
