One-pack organic thermo-curing waterborne varnish, based on modified polyurethane resins, excellent base coat /primer for glass helps creating highly covering finishings for perfumery and cosmetic industry. Studied to be used in multiple layers coating, with our waterborne varnishes, without loosing elasticity or adhesion even after several curing cycles. Use it with one of our topcoat varnish to obtain the desired chemical/physical resistances. Once the curing cycle is completed, the main characteristics of this varnish are:
• Rapid air drying;
• Adhesion on glass and pottery;
• Excellent adhesion;
• Resistance to solvents;
• High chemical/physical resistances according to the topcoat protective varnish;
• Resistance to dishwashing machine (domestic cycle);
• Resistance to the most severe tests in use in the cosmetics and perfumery industry;
• Conformity to Toy rule EN-71/3 for all colours.
