One-pack waterborne organic varnish based on modified polyurethane resins, for interior flat and glass decoration. The W-7703 varnishes can be applied on manual or automatic systems based on pneumatic spraying technology, airless or airmix. Please refer to the User Guide for varnish preparation. Once the curing cycle is completed, the main characteristics of this varnish are:
• Adhesion on glass;
• Easy to use, excellent printability and film flow;
• Resistance to scratch-abrasion;
• Resistance to water and alcohol immersion. Resistance to steam, organic solvents, domestic detergents, oils, greases;
• Excellent adhesion with siliconic sealant Dow corning 817;
• Allows grinding the varnished glass without varnish detaching
• Low VOC;
• Conformity to rule EN-71/3 for all colours.
• In compliance with REACH regulation.
