Two-pack waterborne organic varnish based on modified polyurethane resins, for metalized Dream Metal S-7825 protection. Specifically formulated for decoration of bottles with scratch and abrasion resistance. Once the curing cycle is completed, the main characteristics are:
• Adhesion on mirror effect “Dream Metal®” S-7825;
• Superficial hardness, scratch and abrasion resistance;
• Adhesion on glass and pottery;
• High gloss and transparency;
• Resistance to tests in use in the cosmetics and perfumery industry;
• Resistance to water tests, steam immersion and pasteurisation;
• Resistance to solvents;
• Low colour release after immersion in alcoholic solutions with our colour dyes CH-90; Conformity to rule EN-71/3 for all colours.
• In compliance with REACH regulation.
