Two-pack waterborne organic varnish based on modified polyurethane resins, for metalized Dream Metal S-7825 protection. specifically formulated for decoration of glass for cosmetics and perfumery industry. Once the curing cycle is completed, the main characteristics are:
• Adhesion on mirror effect “Dream Metal®” S-7825;
• Adhesion on glass and pottery;
• Resistance to water, steam, pasteurization, alcohol, G1 mixture and solvents, in accordance with international specifications for perfume and packing industries;
• Resistance to tests in use in the cosmetics and perfumery industry;
• Resistance to nebulization test with commercial perfumes;
• Low colour release after immersion in alcoholic solutions with our colour dyes CH-90; Superficial hardness, scratch and abrasion resistance;
• Easy to use, excellent printability and film flow;
• Overprintable with our ink screen printing inks, after accurate flaming;
• Conformity to rule EN-71/3 for all colours.
