Special solvent-borne varnish studied to obtain a very reflective mirror effect. Dream Metal is a spray coating process, alternative to vacuum metalization. The process aims to produce, on glass surfaces of whatever shape and dimension, a metalized effect similar to chrome plating. Dream metal resistance features makes the process suitable to be applied for all the above listed fields of use. Dream Metal process is obtained by spraying:
1. PRIMER
2. SPRAY METALIZATION
3. FINAL PROTECTION
The flexibility of this proces allows to obtain metalized fully opaque or semi-transparent finishings, furthermore is possible to create degradé or other colored effects. The whole application process can be done in line or it can be divided in two steps on almost all conventional spraying lines.
