One-pack organic thermo-curing waterborne varnish, based on modified acrylic resins, excellent base coat / primer. Once the curing cycle is completed, the main characteristics are:
• Adhesion on galvanic treatments and polished or frosted metals (brass, nickel);
• Resistance to solvents;
• Resistance to corrosion;
• High elasticity which allows, after a correct oven cycle, mechanical treatments such as cutting, bending, drilling, drawing, without any varnish scraping, not even in the more critical points;
• Overprintable with our screen printing inks;
• Rapid air drying;
• Thermostability until 220°C;
• Overcoatability;
• Low VOC;
• BPA free;
• Formaldehyde free;
• Conformity to rule EN-71/3 for all colours.
• In compliance with REACH regulation.
