Paints for perfumery, cosmetics and packaging

We produce solvent, water-based and UV-curing spray paints with one or two components in multiple colors. Our goal in developing them involves careful assessments to ensure that we obtain all the necessary elements to comply with the most stringent resistance specifications imposed by the perfumery and cosmetics industry.In silk screen printing, two-component inks and UV-curing inks provide the right solution for all printing requirements, whether directly on glass or our paints, or as a base for hot foil stamping.The perfume industry, in fact, recognises the importance of glass in highlighting both the fragrance and visual appeal. The coating of the bottle, however, also needs to offer protection from external agents, because it acts as an initial shield from sunlight which can alter its properties.

Adhesion and chemical-physical resistance

Every product is subjected to numerous tests which check the adhesion and resistance, INCLUDING:

At Fluorital, we have always paid great attention to the environmental impact of using our products. Consequently, we undertake every day to produce paints with a low solvent content with reduced emissions into the atmosphere.All our water-based paints are non-flammable, a characteristic which makes the organisation of the warehouse and the paint systems much easier.The paints can be diluted with water and have a very low volatile organic compound content (VOC).
